稅和關稅

Some countries impose taxes on imported goods, which may apply to you. Our pricing policy does not cover taxes and duties that may arise due to differences in customs regulations between countries. 

However, this condition is not consistent for every state or region in every country, and shipping companies will also differ on whether to charge taxes. If customs does not inspect your package, taxes and import duties may not apply either. 

However, please understand that in some cases your country may choose to charge taxes on items ordered from BANG BANG. We have no control over such state-level decisions. If your government requires you to pay taxes on your purchases, you must pay before you receive the product. We do not accept responsibility for paying taxes on your behalf. Please read our customs duties statement below before purchasing. If your order is returned to us because you refuse to pay the import tax, we will therefore charge a 20% restocking fee if the order is returned to us. Shipping costs will also not be refunded. Please ensure you understand this policy before purchasing from us.

Customs duties

When ordering from EAG, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and requirements of the receiving country. Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, and any other costs incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you. eagairsoft.com has no control over these charges and is not responsible for compliance of ordered merchandise with local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for more information. 

If a package is rejected because you refuse to pay customs and/or duties, and then the package is returned to eagairsoft.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee of the total product cost. Purchase price. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit card.
